Around here, we have an emphasis on deep health for a reason. Science (and every client we work with!) shows us over and over again that a quick-fix diet strategy doesn’t work. Weight loss followed by significant rebound weight gain and the shame spiral of “falling off the wagon” is no way to live.

A deep health-approach to nutrition is a strategy that works with our brains to investigate the self-care patterns we have — and how to thoughtfully rewire them so that we have the patterns we desire. When we pair that with cutting-edge nutrition science (and a bit of myth-busting), we allow ourselves to access our goals along with our highest, most sustainable levels of health.
