Group Coaching is a medley of food and lifestyle habit change, and education around how the two can support each other. You can expect to receive intensive habit coaching and food science investigations, plus learn how to implement behavior change to achieve your goals long-term.

Through the use of a private coaching apps and other tech, you will be able to track your habits and gain new personal insights through private messaging and food journals. In addition, a private group forum is utilized to chat with other group members for accountability, support, and group collaboration as needed.

The Group program consists of weekly lectures and group discussions that are available to join live, or catch up on via recordings.

In this supportive group setting, you will work with Erin and other clients to create new habits, and rewire old ones that are holding you back from achieving your goals. This group setting is special because you get the help and insight from your coach, Erin, as well as your peers who are going through it alongside you. The outcome of this program is that you will leave with in-depth food science knowledge, which will support your own understanding of nutrition for the rest of your life.
